Check-in time is 2 p.m. In order to organize your reception at best, please inform your arrival time and confirm one hour before by telephone. Guests can check-in at any time after 2 p.m. using an automatic machine. By entering the personal code that you have received when booking, you will receive the room badge. The personal code will be necessary to enter the building throughout your stay.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
When checking out, please leave the room badge at the reception. Failure to do so will result in a € 10.00 charge to the credit card used for booking.
The same conditions apply to the remote control used to access the Mercantini Parking (€ 15.00 charge).
